We deliver to homes all over Bangladesh through courier services.
Delivery areas and times
- Inside Dhaka: usually 1–2 days.
- Outside Dhaka: usually 2–4 days.
- Fridays, public holidays, natural disasters or other unavoidable events can add some time.
Delivery charge
The delivery charge depends on your area and is shown on the checkout page before you place the order. Special offers may include free delivery.
How orders are processed
- After you order, our representative calls to confirm it.
- Confirmed orders are packed and handed over to the courier.
- You can check your order status any time on the "Track order" page using your mobile number.
When you receive your parcel
- Open the parcel and check the products in front of the delivery person.
- If something is wrong, tell us right away or return it there and then.
- If delivery fails because of a wrong address or a switched-off phone, re-sending may cost an extra charge.
A note about winter jaggery
Date palm jaggery is a winter product, and supply can be limited at the start and end of the season. If something is out of stock, we will tell you when we call to confirm your order.
