By using pureandfresh.org or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders and confirmation

• After you order on the website, our representative will call you to confirm it.
• Orders with wrong or incomplete details, or where we cannot reach you by phone, may be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order if a product runs out of stock or for reasons beyond our control; we will let you know if this happens.

2. Prices and product information

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout.
• Natural products can vary slightly in colour, texture or taste from season to season and batch to batch — this is normal for genuine products.
• Photos are for illustration; packaging may change from time to time.

3. Payment

At the moment we only accept cash on delivery. See our Payment Policy for details.

4. Delivery

See our Delivery Policy for delivery times and charges. If a delivery is delayed by natural disasters, strikes or courier issues, we will resolve it as quickly as we can.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains when and how products and payments are returned.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secret. You may not create an account or order using someone else's mobile number.

7. Fake orders

If orders are repeatedly refused at delivery or placed with false details, we may stop accepting orders from that mobile number.

8. Intellectual property

The logo, text and images on this website belong to Pure & Fresh and may not be used commercially without permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
