Pure date palm jaggery is light to dark brown — never bright white or vivid yellow. It smells sweetly of fresh sap and melts slowly in the mouth. Our jaggery never contains added sugar, colour or hydrose.

Pick your area at checkout to see the delivery charge. Orders usually arrive in 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days elsewhere in Bangladesh.

We accept cash on delivery — check your parcel first, then pay the delivery person. No advance payment is needed.

Check your parcel on delivery. If anything is broken, spoiled or wrong, return it to the delivery person or tell us within 24 hours — we will replace it or refund you.

Patali gur keeps for several months in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, and longer in the fridge. Pure honey keeps for a very long time when stored properly — crystallising does not mean it has spoiled.
